Head Varsity Volleyball Coach

Wood River Rural High School is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Head Volleyball Coach to lead our volleyball program for the upcoming school year. We are committed to excellence in athletics and our volleyball team is looking for a leader who can inspire and develop our student-athletes

Key Responsibilities:

*Lead and oversee all aspects of the varsity volleyball program during the season.

*Develop and implement an effective and engaging off-season training program.

*Collaborate with youth and junior high coaches to foster a unified and progressive volleyball program.

*Build and maintain positive relationships with players, parents, and school personnel.

*Foster a love for volleyball while emphasizing the importance of teamwork, discipline, and respect.

Candidate Profile:

Strong passion for the game of volleyball and a commitment to student-athlete development.

Proven ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff.

Experience in coaching volleyball at the high school level or equivalent is preferred.
