English Language Arts Teacher JH/HS
Winside Public School District has an opening for a 9-12 or 7-8 English language arts teacher 2026-2027 school year. A valid Nebraska certificate or the ability to obtain one is required for this position. Any endorsement areas will be considered. K-8 teachers are encouraged to apply. Winside Public School is seeking an innovative and energetic individual to join our educational team and deliver high-quality, hands-on, and engaging education to our students in a new and updated PK-12 facility. Become an active member of the ELA teacher team, collaborating on curriculum development, data analysis, and instructional strategies. Winside is a district of 250 students that is located 15 miles from Wayne and 20 miles from Norfolk.

Winside Public School’s base salary is $42,000. All years of experience and relevant graduate credit are accepted. The district pays the full premium for BC/BS Health Insurance, Single Dental and vision, life insurance $25,000, and Long-Term Disability. Teachers get 6 personal days and 6 sick days accumulating to 50.
