Maintenance and Facilities Manager

Responsible for managing all aspects of the environment (physical, safety, comfort) within the school. This includes managing the upkeep of the assigned buildings including the infrastructure for heating/cooling, plumbing, electrical, air quality, repairs, etc. Management of resources and assisting and implementing changes to the layout, structure, organization and supporting infrastructure as required.  In addition, this position is responsible for managing multiple shifts, which includes a night supervisor, custodial/housekeeping staff. 


The Manager is to provide written and verbal information, upon request, to the Superintendent and other key staff.

This position is a salaried position – negotiable depending upon experience and education.
