School Year: 2026–2027

Position Overview
Winnebago Public Schools is seeking a qualified Early Childhood Education Teacher who will be assigned to and work at Educare Winnebago.

The successful candidate will provide developmentally appropriate, culturally responsive instruction that supports the cognitive, social-emotional, language, and physical development of young children.

The Early Childhood Education Teacher will create a nurturing, engaging learning environment aligned with early learning standards; implement play-based and inquiry-driven instructional practices; monitor student progress; and collaborate closely with families, support staff, and community partners.

Candidates must hold or be eligible to obtain appropriate Nebraska Department of Education (NDE) certification with an Early Childhood endorsement.

Additional Information

  • Salary: $48,330 – $89,944 (based on education and experience, per 2025–2026 negotiated contract)

  • Sign-On Bonus: $12,000, paid in 3 equal installments over 3 years
