Wheeler Central Public Schools is currently accepting applications from qualified individuals for a PK-12 Vocal and Instrumental Music Teacher, beginning in the 2023-2024 school year. Wheeler Central is a class D school located in Bartlett, NE. We are looking for an energetic, positive, self-motivated individual to join our committed staff. Wheeler Central offers a competitive salary along with paid family and dental insurance. We have a $1,500 sign on bonus, paid over two years. The district may have low cost housing and daycare available for the 2023-2024 school year.  Applicants must possess a Nebraska teaching certificate with appropriate endorsement. Extra duties and coaching may be available. This position will remain open until filled.

The base salary for the 2023-2024 school year will be $37,200. Wheeler Central salary index is 4.5×4.5. We accept up to 7 years of teaching experience and allow masters degree and above.
