West Holt Public School is currently accepting applications for Head Boys Basketball Coach for the 2025-26 school year and beyond.  Candidates must possess the ability to lead young people in a positive way by creating great relationships and by being a positive role model.  Coaching philosophy must be include in application materials.  Appropriate coaching endorsement is required or to be attained.

 

Other teaching opportunities are available for the district, as well as substitute teaching opportunities.

We have a dual track elementary and are home to approximately 430 students grades PK-12. Students continually score above the state average on MAPS, NSCAS and ACT testing. Our North Central Nebraska location is ideal for hunting, fishing, golf, and other outdoor activities. Additional Information

Pay is determined by the district’s salary schedule according to the negotiated agreement.  All years of experience are accepted, and full family health benefits are provided.  Extended contract days will be offered for the Co-Adviser position.  Incentive pay of one extra month’s salary is given as a bonus for coming to our district.

 

Start date will be in August of 2025
