Ag Education Teacher and FFA Co-Adviser (Additional Position) **Hiring Bonus**

West Holt Public School is currently accepting applications for an additional Agricultural Education Teacher who will also serve as the Co-adviser for the FFA program beginning in the 2024-25 school year. This position will be in collaboration with the current Agricultural Educator / FFA adviser. West Holt maintains a tremendous tradition in agricultural education and FFA on both the state and national level. Over 65% of West Holt High School students participate in FFA as well as more than half of junior high students. **NOTE: This is not a combined classroom but a collaboration between two teachers to provide the best instruction based on the strengths of each teacher. Appropriate endorsement is required.


If interested, Varsity and Junior High Coaching and activity sponsorship positions are available.  Substitute teaching opportunities for the spring semester of 2024 are available.

Additional Information

Pay is determined by the district’s salary schedule according to the negotiated agreement.  All years of experience are accepted, and full family health benefits are provided.  Extended contract days will be offered for the Co-Adviser position.  Incentive pay of one extra month’s salary is given as a bonus for coming to our district.


Start date will be in August of 2024
