English Language (EL) Teacher
Wayne Community Schools, a progressive pk-12th school district in Northeast Nebraska, is currently seeking a qualified applicant for the position of English Language (EL) Teacher for the 2026-27 school year. This position will primarily be at the Wayne Early Learning Center and work with students in grades Preschool-2nd. We seek a highly collaborative instructor that builds strong relationships with students in order to make all students successful. Coaching positions are available.

Base salary for the 2026-2027 school year will be $43,100. All first and second year teaching hires will start on step 3 ($46,548) and is part of a comprehensive and extensive salary and benefit package. Wayne offers 5 paid onboarding days to all new staff members. The start date is on or about August 6, 2026.
