Essential Functions:

*Lead Evangelist of St. John’s Catholic School Community

*Professionalism

*Dynamic Leadership

   1.  Understands how to develop an educational mission for our school and promote the academic success and well-being of each student;

   2.  Knows how to analyze multiple sources of data about current practices before developing or revising the mission, vision and goals of the school;

    3.  Understands how to implement a vision and goals that reflect Catholic Core Values and are created with measurable expectations for all students and teachers;

    4.  Understands how to use and interpret multiple sources of data to conduct analysis to identify strengths, needs, gaps and areas of improvement;

    5.  Know effective strategies to facilitate needed change while managing uncertainty and risk;

    6.  Engages families, faculty and community members in all aspects of mission, vision and goals of our Catholic School;

    7. Addresses parent or staff concerns;

    8.  Must be able to organize and maintain multiple projects at once;

    9.  Must be motivated to learn and grow in an Educational Environment.

    10. Attend regular School Advisory Council Meetings, as well as Parish Council and Finance Council meetings.

    11.  Meet and greet parishioners once or twice a month.
