Math Interventionist
Position Summary
The Math Interventionist provides targeted, data-driven math instruction to students who require additional academic support. This role collaborates closely with classroom teachers and administrators to design and deliver effective interventions aligned with district curriculum and state standards. The Math Interventionist plays a key role in improving student achievement and closing learning gaps.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver small-group and/or individual math intervention to students in grades K–8 based on identified needs

Use diagnostic, formative, and summative assessment data to identify students and monitor progress

Design and implement research-based intervention strategies aligned to grade-level standards

Collaborate with classroom teachers to support core math instruction and reinforce key concepts

Maintain accurate records of student progress and intervention outcomes

Participate in Tiers 2 and 3 meetings, data team meetings, and problem-solving teams

Communicate student progress with teachers, administrators, and families as appropriate

Support math curriculum implementation and district initiatives

Maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

Hiring Base of $46,856. We accept all levels of education and experience!
