Early Childhood Implementation Facilitator

Early Childhood Implementation Facilitators will serve as members of Nebraska’s Multi-tiered System of Support (NeMTSS) regional support teams. The Early Childhood NeMTSS Implementation Facilitators support educational leadership teams in a variety of settings (e.g., childcare programs, school districts, Head Start programs, and state and local agencies/organizations within the region), to implement systems-level frameworks (e.g., Pyramid Model), to ensure that a comprehensive array of early childhood supports are implemented. Additionally, the role entails helping leadership teams establish coaching programs to enhance social-emotional development. The responsibilities extend to offering consultation, training, and technical support, as well as ensuring fidelity to established practices within the assigned region. The Early Childhood Implementation Facilitators play a key role in promoting positive outcomes for Nebraska children, families, and programs.
