Base salary for 2023-2024 is $37,260.  We offer up to full family medical and single dental insurance, pay the first half of insurance deductible, a $1,000 relocation reimbursement for moving to Thedford, and competitive leave policies.  We are consistently at the top of our array when it comes to salary and benefits.
