The Executive Team at Sylvan Learning’s office is looking for a Center Director. The candidate selected will play a key part in the success of growing the center and enriching the lives of many students and families. In addition, this person will be in charge of managing the day-to-day operations and a team of staff.

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS • Has enough professional sales experience that they don’t wonder if they have enough experience to apply • Ability to execute a main departmental administrative role • Gets upset when excuses are given • Loves learning new ways to market business and grow contacts • Gets stuff DONE! • Doesn’t allow “bright and shiny” to distract them • Sets a goal then takes action to conquer it! • Extremely organized and detail-oriented • Willing to lift boxes, clean floors, and hold doors if that’s what it takes to get something done • Is always learning, growing, and being stretched • Desires to be a part of something larger than themselves • Can get around with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) • Bachelor’s Degree or higher • Is a naturally gifted communicator • Works hard but also like to have F.U.N. while getting things done! ) Be prepared to bring your personality with you all day, every day.

Salary Expectations – $42,000-$60,000 plus bonus opportunities

This is not your typical boring 8-5 routine job. We have creative flexible schedules that include coming in late some mornings, some evening hours, and short Fridays and some Saturday mornings. We are looking for someone who is ready to hit the ground running towards their goals and excited to make a difference!
