Paraprofessional (Learning Academy)
ESU 7 has an opening for a paraprofessional in our Learning Academy. The ESU 7 Learning Academy is a level III placement school that focuses on student’s individual needs based on academic, behavioral, and mental health. Our program supports students with social-emotional structures and mental health therapies in order for students to learn skills to become successful with the individual goals that have been set for them by their Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Team. Districts choose to enroll students at the Learning Academy to support the student’s needs, with the anticipation of students coming back to the general education setting. This is a 30 hr/week position with benefits.
