Founding Director/ Head Teacher
St. Agnes Academy is seeking a Founding Director /Head Teacher new Childcare expansion at St. Agnes Academy serving children aged six weeks through age six. This position will have the ability to shape the foundation of the Childcare Facility and lead this exciting new opportunity with a supportive board and community. The Director will manage day-to-day operations in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines following best practices for early childhood education. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits.

St. Agnes Academy is seeking a full-time Founding Director /Head Teacher to begin by July 1, 2023 with a possible earlier start time. This position would have the ability to shape the foundation of the new Childcare expansion at St. Agnes Academy serving children aged six weeks through age six.
Education Level and Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Education – Early Childhood (Birth through Grade 3) required or the ability to secure proper NDE certification. Must at all times during employment possess a Nebraska Teaching Certificate with such endorsements as required by NDE Rule 10, 11 and 84 or meet the requirements for waiver. All other certification and training as required or assigned.
