Elementary Special Education Resource (Upper Grades)

St. Paul Public School is accepting applications for a full-time Elementary (K-6) Special Education Teacher for the 2020-2021 school year.  Candidates must possess a valid teaching certificate with K-6 or K-12 Special Education Endorsement. Experience preferred, but not required.  Candidates must be skilled in using data to drive instructional decisions, have strong written and verbal communication skills, exhibit effective behavior management techniques, and a willingness to build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.  Qualified individuals should be willing to work collaboratively with general classroom teachers, parents and paraprofessionals to provide the most rewarding educational experience possible for our students.

St. Paul is a Class C-1 school located approximately 24 miles north of Grand Island with approximately 350 students in grades K-6. The district is AdvancED accredited and members of the LouPlatte Athletic Conference. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
