Head Girls Basketball
Southwest Public Schools is seeking a Head Girls Basketball Coach for the 2026–2027 school year. The successful candidate will lead and oversee all aspects of the girls basketball program, including practice planning, game preparation, player development, and program promotion while fostering sportsmanship, accountability, and academic success. A valid Nebraska Teaching Certificate or coaching permit is preferred, along with strong leadership and communication skills. The Head Basketball coaching pay is based on three levels based on experience: 10%, 12%, and 14%. At 10%, the pay is $4,073. At 12%, the pay is $4,887. At 14%, the pay is $5,702.
