Elementary Principal

We are seeking a dynamic and student-centered leader to serve as our next Elementary Principal. We are looking for a proven culture-builder and instructional leader who leads with a collaborative vision, emotional intelligence, and a strong commitment to academic excellence.

The Principal will nurture a positive, inclusive school culture, lead rigorous data informed instruction, develop and support high performing teachers, promote student well-being, engage families, utilize data to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure safe, efficient and effective daily school operations.

The ideal candidate fosters a positive school climate, develops strong relationships with students and staff, and drives high-quality teaching and learning.

Selected candidate must hold or be eligible to obtain a Nebraska Administrative

Certification with applicable endorsement.  This administrative position requires District residency.
