Secondary Agriculture Instructor/ Co-FFA Sponsor

Silver Lake Public Public School District is seeking applications for the position of Agriculture Education Teacher (grades K-12) for the 2025-2026 school year. A valid Nebraska teaching certificate with appropriate endorsement is required for this position.

Our 7-12 facility is located in Roseland: seventeen miles southwest of Hastings and forty-three miles southeast of Kearney.  Our PK-6 facility is 12 miles southwest in Bladen.

We are a one to one district with Macbooks for all 3-12 students with K-2 students using I-Pads.  We have communities that are extremely supportive of education and an excellent board of education to work with.  Silver Lake Schools has an outstanding staff, amazing teachers and respectful students.  We would love to see our AG and FFA programs continue to grow and develop.  We have a solid foundation in place for AG education and outstanding community support of our program.
