Applicants must have a valid Nebraska Teaching Certificate.  If the interested individual does not have a current Nebraska Teaching Certificate, the Applicant Manual to obtain a Local Substitute Teaching Certificate including the requirements, instructions and forms is available at www.education.ne.gov/tcert.
