Head Baseball Coach – Spring 2027 Season

Syracuse High School is seeking a dedicated and motivated Head Baseball Coach for the Spring 2027 season. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about developing student-athletes both on and off the field and who will uphold the values and traditions of Rocket Athletics.

Qualifications:

• Prior coaching experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of baseball fundamentals, strategy, and player development

• Ability to build positive relationships with student-athletes, parents, and staff

• Commitment to promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and academic achievement

Must meet NSAA and district coaching certification requirements

Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead all practices, games, and team events

• Oversee assistant coaches and program operations

• Develop off-season training and conditioning plans

• Maintain equipment and coordinate field preparation

• Communicate effectively with administration, parents, and players
