Director of Facilities and Maintenance
This position reports directly to the Superintendent and directs the daily operations of: Engineering, Construction, Maintenance, Grounds, Electronics, and all facility-related contracted services. The ideal candidate will possess working knowledge in applicable codes, educational standards, and State and Federal regulations.
Additional requirements include a successful facility management and leadership experience, a valid driver’s license, strong communication and computer skills i.e. word processing, spreadsheet, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, a working knowledge of school operations, and experience reading and creating technical documents.
Desired attributes include a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and applied experience including licensing in one or more skilled trades.
