Computer Support Technician Level I
The primary responsibilities of this position are:
- Implementing and supporting chromebooks
- First level technical support of technology for sites and schools
- Provide specialized technical work providing hardware & software support to District’s technology users
High School diploma or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience necessary.
Degree in computer science, instructional technology or business preferred. Two years of experience working with personal computers and software experience in technology and experience in a school setting preferred. A+ CompTIA Certified or equivalent preferred.
