Preschool Teacher

Conestoga Public Schools is seeking qualified applicants for a half-time Preschool Teacher position for the 2026–27 school year. This position will serve early learners in a preschool setting, with specific responsibilities and scheduling to be determined based on program needs and the strengths of the selected candidate. Conestoga Public Schools is a rural K–12 district located approximately 20 minutes south of Omaha and 45 minutes east of Lincoln, Nebraska. The district emphasizes collaborative Professional Learning Communities, a positive school culture, and strong community engagement.

Qualified candidates must hold or be eligible for a valid Nebraska Teaching Certificate with an endorsement in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education (PK–3 or PK–6 preferred). Candidates should demonstrate a passion for early learning and child development, possess strong communication and teamwork skills, and show a commitment to student success and continuous improvement. Preference will be given to applicants with experience in early childhood settings, familiarity with Professional Learning Communities and PBIS practices, and the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
