Job Title: PK-12 Principal
Location: Sargent Public Schools, Sargent, Nebraska

Overview:
Sargent Public Schools is seeking a dedicated, dynamic, and visionary leader to serve as the PK-12 Principal. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional leadership to ensure a high-quality educational experience for all students.
• Foster a positive school culture that promotes academic excellence, personal growth, and inclusivity.
• Evaluate and support staff using the Danielson Framework for Teaching evaluation model.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and stakeholders to implement effective curriculum and instructional practices.
• Oversee daily school operations, including student discipline, scheduling, and resource management.
• Engage with the community to build partnerships that enhance educational opportunities for students.
• Work closely with the superintendent and school board to align school goals with district objectives.
• Collaborate with other principals in the region to share trainings, ideas, and best practices for creating a dynamic learning system.
• Additional duties could include serving as a shared activities director for collaborative programs with Loup County Schools.

Qualifications:

• Nebraska Administrative Certification (or ability to obtain certification).
• Proven leadership experience in an educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of the Danielson Framework for Teaching and its application.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for students, staff, and families.
