Middle School Language Arts or Information Technology
Sargent Public Schools is seeking a highly qualified applicant for a middle school teacher position beginning in August of the 2023-24 school year. All middle school endorsements will be considered. The successful candidate must have a positive attitude, a desire to continue to improve their skills, and a willingness to work in a family-like environment. We have a base salary of $38,000 with some flexibility if needed.

Sargent is a welcoming community in central Nebraska located 90 minutes north of Grand Island or Kearney. We have Pre-K through 12th-grade students all under one roof. Our community provides a tremendous amount of support for the school and its students. If you believe that it takes a village to raise a child and have the desire to work in a family-like environment, this could be a mutually beneficial endeavor. Outdoor activities are abundant and we are within 30 minutes of the Calamus Reservoir.
