Middle school science teacher
Due to an unexpected leave of absence, the Ralston Public Schools has an immediate opening for a middle school science teacher for the remainder of the 2022-23 academic year.
Under the general supervision of the building principal, science teachers develop students’ knowledge and understanding in one or more fields of science, including: general science, earth science, biology, physiology, chemistry, and physics. Science teachers develop students’ skills and abilities in scientific methods and problem-solving and develop students’ ability to apply science in the solution of practical problems.

This is a full-time position for the 2022-2023 school year with a start date mutually agreed upon by the district and the successful candidate.
The successful candidate must possess, or be eligible for, a Nebraska teaching certificate with an endorsement in 7-12 science, or an endorsement in 5-9 middle school with a concentration in science.
