Special Education Teacher, Grades 7-12

Pender Public Schools is looking for a dynamic individual to fulfill the role of Special Education Teacher for grades 7-12 for the 2021-2022 school year. A highly motivated special education teacher with the desire to teach in a positive, student-centered environment is desired. Collaborative teachers that can individualize instruction, motivate students of all ability levels, and provide programming for students with a variety of disabilities are encouraged to apply for this position. Applicants should possess or be able to acquire a Nebraska teaching certificate with the appropriate endorsement. Extra Duty assignments are available. Pender’s P-12 enrollment is approximately 400 students with an NSAA classification of C2 or D1. The school district was recently rated as AQuESTT Excellent!
