Secondary English Teacher – Papillion Middle School 

2026-2027 School Year 

Description: The specific assignment associated with this position will depend upon the strengths and experiences of the candidate and the needs of the building.  All secondary English positions focus on building the reading, writing, speaking, and research skills of students.

Additionally, you will remain current in your field through ongoing professional growth and collaboration, communicate regularly with parents and staff, and contribute to building- and district-level meetings. Dependable attendance, supervisory responsibilities, and other assigned duties are also key components of this position.

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Education
  • Certification: Holds or is eligible for a Nebraska Teacher’s Certificate
  • Experience: Successful completion of student teaching
