K-12 Art Teacher

Osceola Public Schools is accepting applications for a K-12 Art teacher for the 2019-20 school year.  We are looking for an innovative/energetic individual to enhance a student’s love of art and to continue a strong art program which is evident once you enter our facilities.  Additional coaching opportunities are available, but not required. Successful candidate will be teaching elementary Art 3 periods of the day with the remaining 5 periods spent with Middle School and High School Art Classes.

Additional Information

Osceola’s 2019-20 base salary is $36,000 on  a 4% x 4.5% salary schedule with benefits of $1050 deductible or /$3500 deductible Health Savings Act dual option BC/BS insurance, single dental, up to 45 days sick leave, up to 3 days personal leave.  The district also offers teacher tuition reimbursement for those wanting to improve their educational training.  The official reporting date for staff is August 12th 2019 with some orientation days the week prior to that.
