AG or IT Teacher
Osceola Public Schools is looking for an Ag teacher. We would also take into consideration an Industrial Technology certification. The position comes with an FFA sponsorship role. We are a strong agriculture community with a large and supportive FFA Alumni group. We are currently have a strong FFA program and are in the middle of building a Learning Farm on our campus and are looking for someone to continue the project and grow the program. Osceola is located an hour or less from Omaha, Lincoln, Grand Island, right between Columbus and York on Highway 92. Osceola is a progressive community, known for good academic performance and community support and is looking for an innovative/energetic individual to nurture our students’ love of learning.
Osceola’s 2021-22 base salary is $37,400 on a 4% x 4.5% salary schedule with benefits of $1200 deductible or /$3500 deductible Health Savings Act dual option BC/BS insurance, single dental, up to 45 days sick leave, up to 3 days personal leave. The district also offers teacher tuition reimbursement for those wanting to improve their educational training.
