District Technology Coordinator (.5 FTE Coordinator/.5 FTE Teacher)

Due to retirement, the Ord Public Schools is seeking a District Technology Coordinator for the 2026-27 school year. Successful candidates will be motivated student-centered leaders with a strong educational background to help assist technology use in the classroom, ensure that the district’s technology needs are met, and collaborate with planning for future technology needs of both the elementary and secondary schools. Bachelor’s degree required, along with a Nebraska Teaching or Administrative and Supervisory Certificate. Prior experience as Technology Coordinator or Director is preferred but not required.  This position is a part-time Technology Coordinator and part-time teaching assignment to be paired with teaching at least one class per semester. Classes to be taught will be determined based on district-need and candidate endorsement area.

Ord is a K-12 school district of approximately 600 students with a K-6 Campus and a 7-12 Campus. Additional Information

The Technology Coordinator Position is on the Certificated Pay Scale and aligns with the District’s Negotiated Agreement. Additionally, this position has a stipend attached to the position to cover summer duties. Coaching may be included with the position when necessary for additional pay.
