Elementary Education Teacher

Ogallala Public Schools is seeking a dedicated and dynamic 5th grade teacher to join our team for the upcoming academic year. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a commitment to ensuring all students achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs of all students in the class.

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning, respect, and collaboration.

Assess and monitor student progress, provide feedback, and adjust instruction accordingly.

Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and any concerns.

Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development opportunities to continually improve teaching practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.

Strong instructional and classroom management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
