Licensed Mental Health Practitioner w/hiring bonus
Ogallala Public Schools is seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP) for the 2026–2027 school year.
A current LMHP licensure/certification (or equivalent) is preferred, though applicants with a provisional license will also be considered.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing one-on-one and small-group mental health services to students across Ogallala Public Schools
- Supporting the development and implementation of Tier 1 social-emotional learning (SEL) and initiatives for all students.
- Leading and facilitating Tier 2 group supports and interventions for students with identified social-emotional or behavioral needs.
- Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and student services staff to strengthen the district’s comprehensive mental health and wellness framework.
- Consulting with school teams to support proactive, preventative approaches to student mental health and behavior.

This is a full-time, district-wide position (PreK–12) within the Student Services Department, working closely with the Director of Student Services and building-level teams to promote the well-being and success of all students.
