High School Math/Business Teacher w/hiring bonus

Ogallala Public Schools is seeking a dedicated High School Math & Business Teacher to deliver engaging instruction in mathematics and business-related courses for the 2026-27 academic year. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a commitment to ensuring all students achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs of all student in class.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning, respect, and collaboration.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, provide feedback, and adjust instruction accordingly.
  • Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and any concerns.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development opportunities to continually improve teaching practices.
