K-8 Principal

Northwest Public Schools is seeking a dedicated and student-centered Elementary/Middle School Principal for our St. Libory Elementary School who will serve as a strong instructional leader and culture builder, committed to ensuring all students achieve at the highest academic standards.

The successful candidate will be a visible and engaged leader who believes that excellence is achieved through high expectations, strong relationships, and accountability. This principal will lead teaching and learning with purpose, challenge students to reach their full potential, and support staff in delivering rigorous, high-quality instruction.

Only applicants with a Master’s Degree or higher will be considered. Applicants must have, or be eligible for, proper administrative certification in Nebraska. Candidates with the ability to create and maintain a professional learning community culture are preferred.
