Senior High Dean of Students

JOB TITLE: SENIOR HIGH DEAN OF STUDENTS
REQUIREMENTS: Master’s Degree with emphasis in school administration and a
valid Nebraska Administrative Certificate (or demonstrated progress toward these requirements)
A minimum of three years teaching experience
Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate
JOB GOAL: Supervision of the student body, administers the student Code of Conduct, monitors attendance requirements; promotes an effective learning environment, works closely with parents, students, and staff; and keeps the principal/assistant principals informed about emerging issues

2018-2019 School Year
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 196 days
Initial salary placement will be determined by using the current certified staff salary structure plus 10 days of per diem of the current certified teacher base salary. Future compensation increases will be determined by following the administrative compensation framework system.
EVALUATION: Evaluated annually in accordance with provisions of administrative personnel
