K-12 Art Teacher
Due to a retirement, Neligh-Oakdale Public Schools is seeking a passionate and creative educator to join our team as a K-12 Art Teacher. This is a great opportunity for a teacher to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact in a supportive, small-town school environment.
The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm for the visual arts, a willingness to try new ideas, and the ability to connect with students of all ages. We value creativity in lesson design, flexibility, and a growth mindset, and we pride ourselves on providing a collaborative staff culture that supports and mentors teachers as they develop their craft.
Extra duty opportunities, including coaching and sponsorships, are available but not required.

The base salary for the 2026-2027 school year will be $41,000. Neligh-Oakdale Public School accepts all years of experience and relevant graduate hours. The district also pays the full premium for BC/BS Health Insurance, Single Dental and Long-Term Disability. The start date will be on or around August 7, 2026.
