Coordinator of Student Services (Contractor)
The Coordinator of Student Services is the administrator of the Special Education program across YRTC campuses (West Kearney, Geneva, Lincoln, Whitehall, Nebraska Youth Academy) and serves in both a leadership and management role. The Special Education program includes services to students with disabilities under either NDE Rule 51, 52, or Section 504.
Although not all-inclusive, the following list represents the major responsibilities of the position: supervision and administration of Special Education, nurses/student health program, homeless education, behavior management programs, student enrollments, High Ability Learners, and problem solving with administrators, teachers, students, and parents. The Coordinator of Student Services reports progress to and is evaluated by the Director of Schools.
This is a contractor position to last one year from date-of-hire.
