Summer School Teacher- Secondary, Elementary, and Special Education

The Omaha Public Schools will be offering in-person summer school called “Next Level Learning” to students throughout this summer to support our students as we move into the 2021-22 academic school year.  Students will have multiple options and programs to choose from at the Elementary, Middle, and High School Levels including welcome camps, jump starts, enrichment, and credit recovery.

Although many smaller scheuldes exist there are basically two terms (June and July) with morning and afternoon sessions in each term.  A basic outline of the different options, which are subject to change, is listed below.  Secondary students will have the option to attend one or both terms as well as morning, afternoon, or both sessions.  Elementary students are encouraged to attend both terms and will choose the number hours they attend each day.
