2025-2026 High School 9-12 Special Education Teacher
Due to an anticipated resignation, Mullen Public School is seeking a High School 9–12 Special Education teacher to work with high school students. Mullen Public Schools is looking to hire both a 6-8 Special Education Teacher and a 9-12 Special Education teacher to appropriately manage their case loads. Mullen Public Schools has a tradition of educational excellence and high expectations. Mullen Public Schools have received an Excellent District Rating from the Nebraska Department of Education AQuESST system. We are seeking a qualified, hardworking, educator to be part of a team that is committed to do what is best for kids. At Mullen, we work with Every Student, Every Day, The Bronco Way. Applicants must possess a current Nebraska teaching certificate with appropriate endorsements in Special Education. Mullen Public Schools will consider provisionally certificated applicants and transition to teaching applicants as well. Mullen Public Schools will take all years of experience and all credit hours earned with the requirement of an official transcript. Certain Coaching opportunities and other extra duties may be available with this position.

The base salary for the 2025-26 school year will be $39,600, with full BC/BS family/spouse/children/single insurance, Single Dental, Life Insurance and Short/Long Term Disability insurance.
