Elementary Resource Teacher

Morrill is halfway between Scottsbluff, NE and Torrington, WY; nestled just north of the Wildcat Hills we are close to amazing outdoor activities in 4 different states.  Morrill is growing, both the school and the town.  We have had 4 years of consecutive enrollment growth with business growth as well.  The school operates a quality birth to preschool center, making early childhood care available for all our staff and community members.

The Elementary Resource teacher will have the opportunity to shape the minds of and inspire creativity and and sense of wonder in a building of around 200 students partnering with 20 certified staff and 10 paraprofessional.  We also have full-time resource teachers in both the secondary building and the early childhood building.

We are looking for a teacher that loves children; 30% of our student body is of Latino heritage; nearly 70% qualify for free or reduced lunch. We want a teacher who loves developing the character, mindset and perspective of today’s youth to prepare them for their future.
