A day in the life of M.E.C. 

As a Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year, you will facilitate learning in a child-centered environment, promoting independence, curiosity, and a love of learning. Preference goes to candidates who possess a current Nebraska Teaching Certificate with an Early Childhood endorsement, though a current teaching certificate is NOT required.

 

As a paraprofessional or teaching assistant for the 2025-2026 school year, you will assist the lead teacher in facilitating learning in a child-centered environment, promoting independence, curiosity, and a love of learning.

Additional Information

Qualifications:

  1. ·       Valid teaching certification preferred but not required
  2. ·       Strong interest in pursuing Montessori certification
  3. ·       Previous experience as a teacher, paraprofessional, or teacher assistant required
