Special Education Teacher
Due to Retirement, Minden Public Schools is accepting applications for a qualified Special Education Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. Placement of this position will be based on the applicant’s best fit. MPS currently has 3 buildings: PK-3, 4-8, and 9-12. Minden Public Schools has outstanding facilities and opportunities for our staff and students. Minden Public Schools seeks a teacher who will build positive relationships with students and parents. The successful candidate must hold a valid State of Nebraska Certificate. Coaching positions are available with this position. The position will be open until filled.

Minden Public Schools is a progressive C1 school located 20 minutes south of Kearney, NE. We are looking for candidates with a solid instructional background, a data-driven approach, and the ability to collaborate with peers. Qualified candidates must be comfortable building relationships with students, parents, and the community.
