Teacher: 6th Grade and/or Art
Minatare Public Schools is seeking a qualified candidate to teach a 6th grade core subjects and/or secondary art or secondary business. Selected candidate will have endorsement of elementary education, art education, or business education, or combination of those endorsements. Schedule will be determined by candidate’s strengths. Coaching or sponsorship opportunities are available, but not required.
Minatare Public Schools operates on a 4-day week with most Fridays being contracted for meetings, planning, and tutoring. Start date for new staff is August 7, 2025.

Appropriate placement on the salary schedule for the 2025-2026 school year based on years of experience and education. Base Salary for 2025-2026 is $39,000.
District pays full premium of single Blue Cross Blue Shield health and dental insurance policy, or 90% of employee/dependent/spouse or family policy. Policy has a deductible of $650/$1,300, and a deductible reimbursement of $550/$1,100 upon meeting deductible.
District pays for full premium for $25,000 life insurance policy, as well as long-term disability policy.
12 days of discretionary leave annually with a maximum accumulation of 50 days
