Position: Special Education Resource Teacher (2026–2027 School Year)
Location: Millard North High School

Millard Public Schools is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Special Education Resource Teacher to join the team at Millard North High School for the 2026–2027 school year.

In this role, you will partner with classroom teachers, families, and support staff to design and implement individualized programs that support students with diverse learning needs. This position focuses on providing targeted instruction, developing meaningful interventions, and ensuring students can access the general education curriculum in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to assess student needs and develop appropriate supports
  • Designing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Providing direct instruction, accommodations, and classroom support
  • Monitoring student progress and maintaining strong communication with families and staff
  • Supporting inclusive practices that promote student success in the least restrictive environment
