McPherson County Schools is seeking qualified applicants for the following position: 7-12 Base Salary: $37,688 to begin in the 2023-2024 school year. McPherson County Schools is a Class D school district located in Tryon, Nebraska just 35 miles from North Platte. Our school district is looking for an innovative, energetic, and self-motivated individual to join our highly committed and professional staff in a collaborative/team setting. McPherson County offers a competitive salary along with paid family insurance within its benefit package, along with a $3,000 signing incentive.  McPherson County Schools attracts students from surrounding communities, offers small student to teacher ratios for more effective instruction, and is part of the Sandhills Valley Cooperative in athletics. Extra duties and sponsorships may be available.
