Principal
Litchfield Public Schools is seeking a proactive, steady, and student-centered leader to serve as our next PK–12 Principal. We are looking for someone who communicates clearly, builds positive relationships, supports staff growth, and maintains high expectations for students and school culture. The position can be molded to fit the candidate’s strengths, and applicants holding only an elementary or only a secondary endorsement will be fully considered.

Additional Information
The district offers competitive pay, a $1,050 deductible insurance option, and an HSA $3,800 deductible plan. The position begins with the 2026–27 school year.
