High School Cheer Coach
Lincoln Lutheran is seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and student-centered High School Cheer Coach to lead and develop our cheer program. The coach will foster school spirit, teamwork, and character while promoting a positive, Christ-centered environment that supports the mission of the school.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and lead cheer practices, games, and performances

Teach cheer techniques, routines, and fundamentals with an emphasis on safety

Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and leadership among student-athletes

Supervise students during practices, events, and travel as required

Collaborate with athletic administration, faculty, and other coaches
-
Communicate effectively with students and parents
-
Ensure compliance with school, conference, and activity association guidelines
Qualifications
-
Previous cheer coaching or cheerleading experience preferred

Ability to work positively with high school students

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Commitment to student development both on and off the field

Willingness to support and uphold the mission and values of [School Name]

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
