Certified Strength Coach

Lincoln Lutheran is seeking a Certified Strength Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing student wellness, promoting overall fitness, and fostering a Christ-centered environment.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid Nebraska Teaching License
• CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) certification required
• Experience in strength and conditioning at the middle school and high school levels preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strength and conditioning programs for students
• Collaborate with coaches to enhance athletic performance and injury prevention
• Promote a safe, positive, and faith-driven training environment
• Maintain weight room equipment and safety standards
